Account deletion

In the app: Profile → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. If you cannot open the app, email us from the address on your account.

How to report a task or someone

Open any task you were sent and tap Report — that reports the task itself and lets you block whoever sent it. You can also open a person’s profile and tap Report or Block there; blocking stops them sending you tasks or invites.

You can always email contact@arktik.tech with what happened. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours.

Sign-in

You can sign in with an email address and password, or with Sign in with Apple or Google. If sign-in fails, check that you are using the same method and the same address you signed up with.

Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen. We email you a numeric code from Tick AI - Tasks Tracker <contact@arktik.tech>, then let you choose a new password. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Notifications

Tasks can send a push notification. You can turn this off in iOS Settings → Notifications → Tick AI.
